This is a very nice Hilton. It is in a great park of town and the whole staff matches the area. What I mean is that this place is top notch. They have meeting spaces that stay busy for a reason. Good show guys.

My first time in Dallas! Alexis and her team made it so memorable for my wife and I. I told her about my wife food sensitivities and she had a list of restaurants in our room waiting at arrival. The food in the restaurant was good and it was nice to see the staff chatting and smiling while sitting by that BEAUTIFUL TREE! I’ll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of staying here twice in two weeks - once for holiday celebrations with family and second for a Bar Mitzvah. Both times I was extremely impressed with this beautiful hotel with kind staff. The rooms and common areas are extremely modern, stylish and clean. The housekeeping team did a thorough job every night, even making sure our room was cleaned when we happened to be in the room in the late afternoon one day. The restaurant was able to accommodate a gluten-free diet on Christmas Day! Every morning I enjoyed a fresh brew of coffee from the coffee bar that served Starbucks. The check-in and valet staff were very friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for an excellent hotel in this area of Dallas, I highly suggest this hotel!

I was at this hotel for a 3- day Real Estate workshop. I didn't stay overnight. I only can say the service I used was the valet. The front desk stay ladies were very nice when asked questions. I didn't see a lot of hotel guests because I was inside one room for several hours all three days. The location is easy to access from Northwest Hwy od North Dallas Tollway.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dallas Park Cities! The customer service was truly exceptional — especially from Kabir and Amanda at the front desk. They were warm, courteous, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. You could tell they truly enjoyed helping guests, not just because it was their job, but because it’s who they are. Their positive energy made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond — we’ll definitely be back!

I'm a loyal Hilton member, stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties. While I know quality may differ from hotel to hotel, it's service at ones like Dallas/Park Cities that keep me loyal. The hotel rooms themselves need some updating, but are clean and fairly well-maintained. I would recommend a different, cleaner design choice for the shower floor tiles - they are offset squares that give the appearance of looking old and dirty from afar, even though they may not be. Special shout outs to Mary (supervisor) and Amanda who not only helped me get situated with some quirks (two separate reservations, preferential floor, amenities, etc.), but have been kind and welcoming since the stay.

We have been coming here for years. This Hilton remains neat and tidy. It's location is without a doubt handy to visit nearby well known restaurants, The Meadows Museum at SMU and North Park shopping mall. The front desk folks and valet parking group are all friendly and helpful. Ash and Beck are top notch Barista's/servers even when they are under pressure of having a full restaurant/bar. Sandra was our pleasant server who took care of us when we had a delicious lunch. Abdul, Cedric, Pascal, Elsa, Dae'lon and Kabir are all employees who are attentive and experienced. Thanks for a pleasant stay at Hilton Dallas/Park Cities as alwats. We look forward to our next stay here.

I love everything about this property, from the front desk check-in, to the pool that is on the 11th floor and I also enjoy breakfast and most of all the Starbucks that is on property that had just what I need daily a strawberry lemonade refresher which made my day!
